Cross Border Talents is seeking a Norwegian-speaking business development professional to drive growth in our European markets. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and shape sales strategies from Barcelona, blending office collaboration with remote work.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in BD or sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze markets and present findings to leadership.

Formación

• Fluent Norwegian required with B2 level English.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the Norwegian market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth strategy execution.
• Prepare and present reports to management on sales performance, goals and forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
