Nordic Jobs Worldwide seeks a Norwegian-speaking Business Development Representative to drive growth in Barcelona. You will identify opportunities, conduct outbound calls and emails, and qualify prospects for cloud solutions within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in outbound sales and account management.
• Proven ability to engage decision-makers and manage CRM data.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns.
• Execute daily outbound calls and emails to decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and align them with cloud solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce.
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey.
• Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly.
