Lingo-nova in Barcelona is growing its international sales team to win Norwegian market clients with AI-powered advertising solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect, qualify leads, and close deals, with uncapped bonuses tied to performance.

The role requires Norwegian at C1 and English at B2, 2–3 years B2B sales experience, and strong CRM and negotiation skills. Relocation support and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Find and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting: cold calls, email and social selling.
• Create new business opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline.
• Analyze client needs and present AI advertising solutions tailored to goals.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal.
• Reach and exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Record all sales activity in the CRM and coordinate onboarding with success teams.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions where relevant.

Join a growing international sales team in Barcelona and help businesses in the Norwegian market get results with AI-powered advertising solutions. You will find and win new clients, manage the full sales cycle and hand customers over smoothly once they are on board. Your earnings are driven by your performance, with no cap on your bonus.

What You'll Be Doing

• Find and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound prospecting: cold calls, email and social selling
• Create new business opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline
• Analyze client needs and present AI advertising solutions tailored to their goals
• Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing the deal
• Reach and exceed your revenue and activity targets
• Keep all sales activity accurately recorded in the CRM
• Work with internal teams on onboarding and the handover to customer success
• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions where relevant

What You Bring

• Norwegian at C1 level and English at B2 level
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC and the wider advertising ecosystem)
• At least 2-3 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience
• Experience in pre-sales and lead qualification
• Proven outbound sales and cold calling experience, with the ability to self-prospect
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including with C-level contacts
• Hands-on experience with a CRM and with managing or using databases
• A results-driven, target-focused and resilient mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organization and time management
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Consultative selling skills and client-facing product knowledge
• Experience working with high-potential clients
• Understanding of ad tech or AI platforms

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, 39 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of €30,000 gross per year
• On-target bonus of €5,175 gross per year, completely uncapped
