Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Account Manager — New Business & Closing (m/f/d) based in Spain. You will turn qualified sales opportunities into signed partnerships, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to contract closure.

You will work with small and medium-sized businesses, collaborating with Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success to ensure a seamless journey, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate revenue in a remote-first, international team.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling loyalty, CRM, or marketing solutions is preferred.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from discovery to contract signature.
• Experience selling to SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing.
• Conduct consultative discovery to identify opportunities.
• Develop tailored loyalty propositions to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Lead presentations, negotiations, and proposals.
• Maintain deal momentum and accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success.
