Job summary

Richardson RFPD, an Arrow company, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to build and manage strategic customer relationships across Spain, promoting RF, wireless, IoT and power solutions.

You will drive design-in opportunities, coordinate with suppliers and internal engineering, and deliver accurate forecasts while traveling across Spain. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth within an international organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales within electronics components distribution.
• Experience in Radio Frequency (RF) applications.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Spain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships by conducting regular customer visits and identifying new business opportunities.
• Promote Richardson RFPD's technical solutions and recommend products that best meet customers' application and project requirements.
• Drive design-in opportunities and maximize product penetration within existing and new customer accounts.
• Leverage knowledge of the electronics distribution market and supplier ecosystem to increase market share and sales growth.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal engineering teams to support customer projects from concept through production.
• Maintain accurate customer and market information, including updates on target applications and industry trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and market analyses, contributing to the execution of regional growth plans.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and supplier product roadmaps through ongoing training.
