BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist in Madrid to deliver excellent support across phone, email and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, orders and accounts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires fluent Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2). EU eligibility or Portuguese residency is required, with relocation assistance available and an onsite office environment in Madrid.

Formación

• Language proficiency requirements: fluent Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive with willingness to grow in travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions and concerns efficiently while staying customer-focused.
• Guide customers through processes and navigation of platforms and services.
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns and feedback to improve service quality.
• Stay updated with products, policies and procedures through training.
