Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Spanish & English Customer Support Specialist to join a major Spanish Airline project. The role is on-site in Lisbon, handling flight bookings and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate in Spanish with English support for tickets and policies, delivering excellent service and problem resolution. Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish, have at least B1 English, and are ready to relocate to Lisbon for an immediate start.

Formación

• Native Spanish with high fluency and English at B1 level.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and bookings in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience company for a Spanish & English Customer Support Specialist to join a project for a major Spanish Airline. Based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, you will act as the first point of contact for passengers, providing support for flight bookings, inquiries, and customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries, flight reservations, and service requests via phone and email.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight schedules, ticketing, and airline policies.
• Resolve passenger issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or high fluency in Spanish, alongside intermediate English (B1 level).
• Location & Work Model: Candidates based in Lisbon, surrounding cities/areas, or currently residing in Spain who are ready to relocate immediately to Lisbon for an On-site role.
• Availability: Immediate joiners required (Start Date: September 17, 2026).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and basic digital literacy.
