Tata Steel Ibérica is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Iberia from Madrid. You will serve as the primary contact for orders, coordinate delivery, and collaborate with the supply chain to meet service levels across Spain and Portugal.

The role emphasizes precision, problem solving, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, French is a plus.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles requiring precision.
• Strong problem-solving with ability to anticipate challenges.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of international trade: Incoterms, payments, letters of credit.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1); French desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for daily order processing and inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, internal teams and partners.
• Manage contracts, queries and agreements; resolve complaints.
• Coordinate service delivery to Tata Steel standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain to meet service levels.
• Manage call-offs and shipment schedules; support JIT stock operations.
• Assist in concessions and out-buy processes when necessary.
