CHEP is seeking an Orders Care Specialist in Madrid to serve as the primary contact for customers across inquiries, guiding them through their order and delivery journey. The role focuses on responsive, accurate service and delivering exceptional customer experiences within the assigned region(s).

Applicants should have 3-5 years of customer service or supply chain experience and be fluent in English and Spanish, with German or French mandatory and other European languages desirable.

• 3-5 years in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
• Languages: English and Spanish; German or French mandatory; other European languages desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and e-mails to take orders, answer inquiries, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time; keep customers informed.
• Interface with end users and carriers to ensure compliance and performance in assigned markets.
• Support sales initiatives to expand revenue in the territory.
