We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German, Polish and English to join Gore Medical Products Team in Barcelona. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service across languages within our Barcelona facility.

Responsibilities include end-to-end order fulfilment, logistics coordination with European partners, and handling invoices with our European Accounting Service Centre, while maintaining timely interactions with hospitals and clinics across Europe.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full order fulfilment process including emergency orders using ERP systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with European warehouse and process invoices with Accounting Service Centre.
• Provide customers with product and pricing information; interact with hospitals and clinics.
• Communicate effectively in required languages and align with country-specific processes.
• Suggest improvements to processes to raise service quality and efficiency.
