Job summary

Gore Medical Products in Barcelona seeks a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English to deliver high-quality support from our Barcelona facility. You will manage order fulfilment, assist with pricing inquiries, and liaise with European stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveries.

The role requires multi-laceted communication across cultures, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in an international environment.
• Proactive problem solver with flexibility and multitasking ability.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills.
• Ability to manage, organize and prioritize own workload.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire order fulfilment process using ERP systems.
• Coordinate deliveries with European warehouse and process invoices with Accounting Service Centre.
• Provide customers with basic product and pricing information; daily interactions with hospitals/clinics.
• Communicate proficiently in German and English and engage across cultures.
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
