Qualifications

• Proven ASO experience and knowledge.
• Knowledge of the mobile gaming marketing landscape.
• Analytical mind with pattern recognition and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
• Creative thinker who can guide designers and copywriters.
• Ability to work independently and with precision.
• Excellent understanding of ASO best practices from pre-release to live ops.
• Strong communication skills for C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research, define and implement ASO strategies to grow organic downloads on App Store and Google Play.
• Optimize and test visual assets for app store listings to improve conversion rates.
• Create well-researched content and briefs to support content and art teams.
• Plan and run tests across multiple platforms to ensure performance improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align ASO strategies and share insights.
• Coordinate promotion of in-game events and features within app store environments.
• Manage creation and measurement of Custom Product Pages for iOS and Android.
• Track and analyze KPIs to drive organic growth.
• Conduct regular competitive and industry trend research.
