Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. You will identify prospective mid-market customers and match them to the best plan, helping them adopt new features and increase usage of existing ones.

You will work with cross-functional teams, including Product and Support, to deepen relationships and close high-value deals in a fast-paced fintech setting in Spain.

Formación

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, Italian.
• 1+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
• 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive managing the full sales cycle.
• Track record of closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting skills to generate leads and pursue new business opportunities.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments, fintech preferred with knowledge of local competitors.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with high-level decision makers (C-suite).
• Excellent communication to clearly articulate product capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Activating new customers in the mid-market segment.
• Prospecting mid-market accounts by identifying high-potential customers (turnover, employees, industry).
• Conducting discovery and qualification during sign-up with guidance and support.
• Collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen customer relationships and feed product feedback loop.
