Amelia, a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastián – Donostia, seeks a Waiter/Waitress with passion for hospitality and fine dining. You will join a dedicated Front of House team delivering exceptional Michelin-level service and guiding guests through a refined dining experience.

• Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities.
• Ability to deliver impeccable service with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Create memorable and personalized experiences for every guest.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list and daily offerings.
• Prepare and maintain the dining room to the highest standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and Front of House for seamless service.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with discretion and warmth.
• Uphold Michelin-level service standards in presentations.
• Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
