Aleia, a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona, is seeking a passionate Waiter / Waitress with fine dining experience and a genuine commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

As part of the Front of House team, you will deliver refined service, develop menu knowledge, and maintain Michelin-level standards while collaborating closely with kitchen staff to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Spanish language is valued; extra languages encouraged.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism and attention to detail
• Create memorable and personalized experiences for every guest
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list and daily offerings
• Prepare and maintain the dining room to the highest standards

• Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures

As a Waiter / Waitress at Aleia, you'll be part of a passionate Front of House team dedicated to delivering an exceptional Michelin-star dining experience. Every service is an opportunity to create unforgettable moments, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence.This is a permanent full-time position offering two consecutive days off every week, providing a healthy work-life balance.Working alongside an exceptional team, you'll contribute to delivering refined, personalized hospitality that reflects the standards and philosophy of Aleia.
