Amelia in San Sebastián, a two Michelin-starred kitchen, seeks a passionate Chef de Parti e to join a precise, creative brigade and grow within Paulo Airaudo Group.

You will own a kitchen section, work with the Head Chef, maintain the highest standards of food and hygiene, and contribute to an outstanding dining experience. This is a full-time, permanent position for the 2026 season with clear career development.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a Michelin-starred restaurant or fine dining kitchen.
• Excellent knowledge of professional cooking techniques.
• Passion for exceptional ingredients, precision and continuous learning.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Positive attitude, professionalism and excellent teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your assigned kitchen section during mise en place and service.
• Prepare and present dishes with exceptional consistency, precision and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and the kitchen brigade to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and organisation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the correct handling and storage of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, efficient and well-organised workstation.
• Support junior chefs and contribute positively to the team's development.
• Continuously seek improvement and uphold the standards of a two Michelin-starred kitchen.
