Job summary

Amelia, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastián, is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the Front of House team. This permanent full-time role offers service Wednesday to Saturday with three consecutive days off weekly, and a strong commitment to Michelin-level hospitality.

You will guide guests through a refined dining experience, develop menu and wine knowledge, and work closely with kitchen and FOH colleagues to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant preferred.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Spanish language valued; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• EU citizens or valid visa/work permit to work in Spain.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
