Amelia, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastián (Donostia), seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Front of House team and deliver exceptional Michelin-star dining experiences. This permanent full-time role runs Wednesday to Saturday with three consecutive days off weekly, ensuring an outstanding work-life balance.

Collaborate with FOH and kitchen staff to maintain flawless service and guest care.

Formación

• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Spanish is valued; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Impeccable presentation, attention to detail and a professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Maintain Michelin-level standards and outstanding guest experiences.
• Coordinate service efficiently with the kitchen team.
• Resolve guest requests professionally and ensure operational excellence.
• Uphold hygiene, health and safety standards.
