Amelia, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastián (Donostia), seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Front of House team and deliver exceptional Michelin-star dining experiences. This permanent full-time role runs Wednesday to Saturday with three consecutive days off weekly, ensuring an outstanding work-life balance.

Collaborate with FOH and kitchen staff to maintain flawless service and guest care.

Formación

• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Spanish is valued; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Impeccable presentation, attention to detail and a professional attitude.

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for excellence, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience in one of Spain's most acclaimed fine dining restaurants.

A day in the life

As Assistant Restaurant Manager ', you'll support the Restaurant Manager in leading the Front of House team and delivering an exceptional Michelin‑star dining experience. Every service is an opportunity to inspire the team, anticipate guests' needs and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standards. This is a permanent full‑time position with continuous service from Wednesday to Saturday and three consecutive days off every week, offering an outstanding work‑life balance. Working closely with the Front of house and the kitchen team, you'll help coordinate service, mentor colleagues and contribute to the seamless, personalized hospitality that defines Amelia.
