Aleia, a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona, is seeking a passionate Waiter / Waitress with fine dining experience and a genuine commitment to creating unforgettable guest experiences.

As part of the Front of House team, you will deliver refined service, develop menu knowledge, and maintain Michelin-level standards while collaborating closely with kitchen staff to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Spanish language is valued; extra languages encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism and attention to detail
• Create memorable and personalized experiences for every guest
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list and daily offerings
• Prepare and maintain the dining room to the highest standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House team to ensure seamless service
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with confidence and discretion
• Maintain impeccable presentation and uphold Michelin-level service standards
• Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and respectful team environment
