Aleia in Barcelona is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team. This is a permanent full-time position with two consecutive days off each week, in a true fine dining environment delivering Michelin-level service.

You'll develop knowledge of the menu and wine and work closely with the kitchen to ensure flawless service, hospitality excellence, and memorable guest experiences for every guest.

Qualificações

• Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant preferred.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) essential.
• EU citizens or valid visa/work permit to work in Spain required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, attentive food and beverage service.
• Create memorable and personalized guest experiences.
• Develop knowledge of menu, wine list and daily offerings.
• Prepare and maintain dining room to high standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front of house for seamless service.
• Anticipate guests' needs with discretion.
• Maintain Michelin-level service and presentation.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
