Ideal candidates have 5+ years in MedTech or pharma sales, fluency in English and Spanish, a clinical or biomedical background, and willingness to travel across the region in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in a sales role within MedTech or pharma or clinical nursing background.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and operate in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development by expanding use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) and identify new opportunities within the territory.
• Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders across the patient pathway.
• Partner with local sales and regional teams to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other units to develop materials and programs.
• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with KPI tracking.
• Report clinical and market insights to the Strategic Marketing Team and represent the business at meetings.
