Freightos is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Lead to own and scale our marketing operations across the business. You will manage our martech ecosystem, automate workflows, maintain CRM health, and provide reporting that drives demand generation and revenue growth.

This hands-on role requires solving complex operational challenges, building efficient systems, and enabling high-performing marketing teams. Hybrid work and global collaboration are supported.

Formación

• 5+ years in marketing operations, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub.
• CRM architecture and data governance expertise.
• Experience building integrations (Zapier or similar).
• Strong reporting, dashboards and analytics skills.
• Ability to align Marketing, Sales and RevOps initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize the martech stack (HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier etc.).
• Design and manage workflows, routing and lifecycle processes.
• Ensure CRM data quality and governance across platforms.
• Support campaigns, emails, landing pages and lead nurturing programs.
• Build dashboards to track funnel performance and KPIs.
• Develop scalable processes and AI-enabled efficiencies.
