Freightos, Barcelona-based, seeks a highly technical Marketing Operations Lead to own and scale our marketing operations. You will manage the martech stack (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Zapier), optimize lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle processes, and deliver reliable analytics for demand generation and revenue growth.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales and RevOps to ensure data quality, automation, and scalable workflows across campaigns, reporting and data integrations.

Formación

• 5+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Extensive experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Operations Hub.
• Experience building integrations with Zapier or similar tools.
• Strong CRM data quality, segmentation and governance knowledge.
• Proven ability to design scalable marketing workflows and automations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the marketing operations ecosystem across the business.
• Design and manage campaigns, lead routing, scoring and lifecycles.
• Maintain CRM health, data quality and governance.
• Build dashboards and reporting for funnel performance and KPIs.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot, Zoho, website and third parties.
