Pillar is scaling Spain toward Product-Market Fit with a top international priority. You will own the back half of the funnel, conducting demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals for construction SaaS from Barcelona.
This on-site role requires 3+ years in closing sales, native Spanish, and working knowledge of English. Expect an uncapped variable and a path to leadership within a fast, collaborative team.
We started in Italy, where we became the reference tool for construction SMEs. We're now scaling Spain toward Product-Market Fit — our top international priority, with real traction already on the ground.
You'll own the back half of the funnel — demos, negotiation, closing — turning qualified pipeline into signed customers.
Run demos. Tailored to each prospect, clearly showing how Pillar solves real problems on their job sites.
Own the sales cycle. From qualified opportunity to signed contract, no handoffs in between.
Negotiate. Pricing, terms, and onboarding timelines, without giving away the store.
Close. Get contracts signed and revenue recognized.
Hand off cleanly. Make sure onboarding starts with the right context.
Feed the playbook. Surface messaging, objections, and ICP feedback from the field.
Native-level Spanish, and comfortable working in English with the rest of the team.
You've run a full sales cycle solo before: demoed, negotiated, and closed.
Comfortable being one of two AEs building a market, not executing a mature playbook.
A problem solver, not a closer-at-all-costs — construction buyers can tell the difference in thirty seconds.
An ownership mindset — you spot problems and bring solutions, not tickets.
3+ years in a closing sales role, ideally SaaS or tech. Construction, real estate, or fintech is a plus.
Based in Barcelona — this is a full-time, on-site role.
OTE €64,000 (€40,000 base + €24,000 uncapped variable) (contract type pending review — see note below).
25 days of paid annual leave.
Direct exposure to the leadership team and real ownership over Spain's path to PMF.
Regular collaboration with the Milan HQ team.
A state-of-the-art workspace in BCN's tech hub, available 24/7, including unlimited gym access.
A real path to grow for whoever earns it. Performance reviews and promotions happen every 6-12 months.
A full-time, permanent contract (Fijo) with benefits, based in Barcelona, following Barcelona's public holiday calendar.
A small, fast team where the distance between an idea and shipping it is short.
Genuine autonomy and visibility — nobody here waits to be told what to do.
