Charter&Dreams in Mallorca seeks an experienced Yacht Manager to lead the creation and development of a new Yacht Management division. You will coordinate between owners, captains, Charter&Dreams and specialists to deliver comprehensive management.

The role requires at least 2 years as a Yacht Manager, strong English, and a commercial mindset. You will work across Charter, Sales, Finance and Marketing to build scalable processes for 40m+ yachts, based in Mallorca, shaping procedures and

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Yacht Manager.
• Currently living in Mallorca.
• Experience within an established international yacht management or brokerage.
• Experience coordinating Yacht Management, Charter and Yacht Sales.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate technical management, maintenance and refits.
• Oversee financial management and budgeting.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage crew management and recruitment.
• Handle insurance, flag and class matters.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with Charter&Dreams’ charter, sales, finance and marketing teams.
• Lead the creation and development of the Yacht Management division.
