Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to work consistent night shifts and early mornings
• A responsible, hands-on, and punctual approach to daily bakery work

Responsibilities

• Preparing and mixing dough according to the bakery's standard recipes
• Kneading and shaping different bread varieties with care and precision
• Managing the baking process and operating the ovens
• Ensuring all baked items meet expected texture, taste, and quality standards
• Keeping your working station clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene protocols
