The role requires early morning shifts, precise production, and a commitment to high quality in a private retail environment on the island. You will craft ensaimadas, manage ovens, and uphold strict hygiene standards daily.

Formación

• Professional experience in baker or pastry chef roles in a bakery or commercial kitchen.
• Dough preparation, oven operation, and specialized baking for ensaimadas and fresh bread.
• Spanish language skills sufficient for daily work communication on Mallorca.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and craft authentic Mallorcan ensaimadas using traditional methods.
• Bake high-quality fresh bread and related dough products each morning.
• Manage baking equipment and production workflows during early morning shifts.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen and bakery area.
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and visual appeal of all baked items.
