Joivy is seeking an experienced asset and operations leader to manage a residential rental asset as an autonomous business unit. You will own resident experience, asset profitability and day-to-day operations, building a safe, attractive community.

You will lead an onsite team, oversee tenant management, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate maintenance, and collaborate with marketing and sales on leasing and pricing. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience managing residential rental assets (BTR, PBSA or similar) or hospitality.
• BTR/ PBSA or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience running day-to-day operations, a team and financial results (P&L).
• Knowledge of tourism regulations and compliant operations.
• Experience leading an onsite team and coordinating external suppliers.
• Ability to prepare and track annual budgets and produce financial reporting.
• Strong service orientation focusing on resident experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Clear, effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to make decisions with autonomy and accountability.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in changing conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full operation of the residential asset.
• Lead the onsite team to a high standard of service.
• Oversee tenant management (move-ins/move-outs/renewals/inspections).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on leasing, campaigns and pricing.
• Manage annual budgets and reporting for owners/investors.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
