Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a leading European real estate investment manager to find an Asset Manager for their expanding office in Madrid. This role involves developing business plans for various assets, driving performance, and enhancing occupier experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Real Estate, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in Spanish and English. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Formación

• 1-3 years' experience within Asset Management, Property Management or Commercial Real Estate.
• MRICS qualification or Industrial & Logistics exposure would be advantageous.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement business plans across a portfolio of assets.
• Manage lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and occupier negotiations.
• Drive asset performance and maximise income generation.
• Support refurbishment and value-add initiatives.
• Monitor tenancy data and asset performance metrics.

We're partnering with a highly respected European real estate investment manager to recruit an Asset Manager for their growing Madrid office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team managing a rapidly expanding portfolio of office and industrial assets across Spain. You'll play a key role in driving asset performance, enhancing occupier experience, and delivering value-add asset management strategies.

The Opportunity

As Asset Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans across a portfolio of assets while working closely with occupiers, property managers, agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders.

• Managing lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and occupier negotiations
• Driving asset performance and maximise income generation
• Supporting refurbishment, repositioning and value-add initiatives
• Managing service charge budgets and compliance matters
• Building strong relationships with agents, solicitors, property managers and surveyors
• Monitoring tenancy data and asset performance metrics
• Conducting regular property inspections across the portfolio

About You

• Degree qualified in Real Estate or a related discipline
• 1-3 years' experience within Asset Management, Property Management or Commercial Real Estate
• Strong analytical, financial and reporting skills
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Full driving licence
• MRICS qualification or Industrial & Logistics exposure would be advantageous
