Intact Insurance Europe is hiring an Operations Assistant for our Madrid office on a six-month temporary contract. The role centers on policy processing, customer service support, and compliance with global service standards.

It is desk-based and requires teamwork within the Servicing Operations team. The successful candidate will be based in Madrid, fluent in English and Spanish, with experience in customer service in financial services and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles within financial services or similar sectors.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process data and policies accurately in core systems.
• Support customer service delivery and ensure adherence to service levels and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Finance teams to ensure timely information flow.
• Handle routine information requests and assist in reporting and data management.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory framework and compliance in daily tasks.
