Intact Insurance Europe in Madrid is seeking an Operations Technician to support the French market. The role centers on processing policies, maintaining data, and ensuring high-quality service within a collaborative team.

You will work with underwriting, claims, operations and finance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contributing to multinational projects. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; French is highly valued.

Formación

• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with international business exposure.
• Based in Madrid and able to work as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Process data and policies across systems to meet service standards and KPIs.
• Handle commercial/multinational programmes for the French market.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Finance to ensure quality service.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance and best practices in data handling.
