Intact Insurance Europe in Madrid is seeking an Operations Assistant for a 6-month contract. The role supports policy maintenance, data processing and servicing delivery, ensuring compliance with global SLAs.

You will work desk-based with a team across underwriting, claims, and finance to process data accurately and respond to routine information requests. Based in Madrid, you will be fluent in English and Spanish and proficient with Microsoft 365.

Formación

• Based in Madrid.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service in financial services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process data onto systems to meet service standards and KPIs.
• Process commercial/specialty programmes within Servicing Operations.
• Check instructions and raise queries as needed.
• Handle bookings of premiums, taxes, and reinsurance on relevant systems.
• Contribute to regulatory compliance and cross‑functional collaboration.
