Job summary

KRATONS Travel S.L. in Madrid is seeking a Travel Specialist to design and manage bespoke luxury itineraries in person. You will coordinate hotels, activities, and experiences for an international clientele, ensuring every detail aligns with clients’ wishes.

Based in Madrid, you will work with local partners, handle bookings and communications, and uphold our commitment to responsible travel. English fluency is essential, additional languages are welcome, and US experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Highly organised, able to juggle several trips and priorities at once.
• Experience living or working in the United States is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Spain, Portugal and Morocco is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage luxury itineraries, making sure every detail matches what the client wants.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, before, during and after the trip.
• Work with our local partners to arrange hotels, activities and exclusive experiences.
• Handle bookings, client correspondence and itinerary administration with precision.
• Choose suppliers and solutions that reflect our commitment to responsible travel.
