THE REAL THING, a top DMC in Madrid, is seeking a Junior Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist in planning tailored trips, negotiate rates, and manage reservations, ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a passion for travel, and shines in a luxury service environment. Proficiency in English (C-1 minimum) is essential, and knowledge of tools like Axus and Mailchimp is desirable. Join us and be part of our journey!

Formación

• Fluent in English (C-1 minimum).
• Experience in luxury environments highly valued.
• Ability to understand and serve discerning clients.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with operations and trip requests.
• Process travel reservations and services.
• Negotiate rates and confirm suppliers.
• Serve as on-call emergency contact.
• Conduct special projects as needed.

Conocimientos

High level of English (C-1 minimum)

Experience in luxury hospitality or luxury travel

Proficiency in Axus

Proficiency in Office

Proficiency in Mailchimp

Proficiency in Instagram

Proficiency in Canva

Proficiency in Notion
