Job summary

SafeStays International in Madrid seeks a Property Manager Madrid (Sales) to oversee luxury residential properties, balancing on-site visits with remote tasks. You will manage owner and tenant relationships, coordinate arrivals and departures, and ensure properties meet premium standards.

You will drive revenue by handling inquiries, optimizing occupancy and pricing, preparing proposals, and supporting contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or hospitality is required.
• Strong sales and client negotiation skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Community of Madrid.
• Work authorization in Spain is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage owner and tenant relationships and coordinate check-ins/outs.
• Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and quality control for luxury properties.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and local regulations.
• Drive revenue by handling inquiries and optimizing occupancy and pricing.
• Prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Monitor property performance and prepare regular reports.
