RIMOWA in Madrid is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to join our luxury team. You will engage discerning travelers with personalised consultations, building lasting relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.

As the client liaison, you will assist with sales, perform minor on-site repairs, and stay connected with customers after their visit. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Formación

• Experience in the luxury sector is preferred; newcomers welcome.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passionate about delivering excellent client consultation and experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-class consultations to international and local clients.
• Support sales from consultation to on-site purchases and minor repairs.
• Serve as after-sales point of contact for customers.
• Ensure smooth processing and communication with technical teams for repairs.
