Maersk is seeking a Landside Multicarrier Agent in Madrid to own end-to-end inland customer experience. You will ensure compliant and efficient inland service execution, acting as the main contact for customers, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibility includes maintaining SOPs, driving service quality, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to strengthen customer relationships. English proficiency is required.
