Berkley España (a Berkley Company) is seeking a motivated Desktop Support Analyst in Madrid to be the key IT contact for our Spanish business. You will provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support, ensure smooth technology operations, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe.

The role offers 4 days per week in the Madrid office with potential European travel, and reports to the London-based IT Operations team. Fluent Spanish and English are required.

Formación

• Experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Willingness to progress beyond 1st Line and own the Madrid area.
• Able to work independently in a standalone Madrid role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support to users in Spain.
• Manage incidents, requests and service-related tasks to resolution.
• Support meeting room technology and workplace tech.
• Build, deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support printer and office technology requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a superior user experience.
• Work with IT teams across Europe, the UK and US.
• Contribute to cross-European projects as the role expands.
