Murzilli Consulting in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an IT Operations Assistant to manage and support our global tech environment. The role demands an autonomous problem-solver with strong communication skills and hands-on IT expertise to oversee day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a mid-level background in IT, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and fluency in English. This is a full-time position based in our Madrid office with CTO reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Based in Madrid with full legal authorization to work in Spain.
• Mid-level hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
• Full-time availability: 40 hours per week.
• Professional working fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support our global IT operations.
• Own end-to-end IT support and vendor relations.
• Maintain network infrastructure, device provisioning and hardware lifecycle management.
• Support cloud administration and IT security practices.
