Berkley in Madrid is seeking a driven Desktop Support Analyst to join our Madrid office. You will be the key IT support contact for the Spanish operation, delivering 1st and 2nd line desktop support and ensuring a seamless technology experience across the office.

As the role evolves to cover Europe, you will collaborate with a London-based IT Operations team and stakeholders across Europe, the UK and the US, gaining increased autonomy and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in IT Support/Service Desk/Desktop Support.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Ready to progress beyond 1st Line Support and own area.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a standalone role.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and end-user devices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support to users across Spain.
• Manage incidents and requests through to resolution.
• Support meeting room technology and AV equipment.
• Build, deploy and maintain laptops and mobile devices.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support printer management and office technology needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Coordinate with IT teams across Europe, the UK and US.
• Contribute to projects as the role expands across Europe.
