Market Securities in Madrid is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our global IT team. Based in our Madrid office, you will provide day-to-day IT support for local users while collaborating with colleagues across international offices.

The role requires 2–3 years in IT support, solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, and fluent English and Spanish. You will manage Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune, troubleshoot devices, and assist with office technology deployments.

Formación

• 2–3 years' experience in IT Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365.
• Configure and support Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Enrol and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot printers, meeting room equipment and network connectivity issues.
• Log and resolve incidents using the IT Service Desk platform.
• Assist with IT projects and office technology deployments.
