HCLTech Madrid is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support at a client site in Madrid. This client-facing role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will act as an on-site point of contact for end-user IT issues, delivering high-quality technical support, and coordinating with Spanish and English-speaking users to resolve tickets efficiently.

Formación

• Minimum 2.5 years of end-user IT support experience.
• Proven deskside/on-site support experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in live environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on deskside support to end users at the client site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workplace IT issues.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for IT requests.
• Maintain high customer service levels in a client-facing setting.
• Communicate with users in Spanish and English.
• Log, update and resolve tickets per SLAs.
