Cognizant is seeking a Desktop Support Technician (EUC) to deliver on-site end-user support in Spain. The role focuses on deploying and troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and imaging activities within an international team.

You will handle incidents via ServiceNow, manage devices, and contribute to documentation to ensure smooth workplace tech operations in a 100% on-site setting.

Formación

• Experience in Desktop Support or EUC environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticket management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site deskside support to end users.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Support Windows devices, laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.
• Perform hardware replacements and device upgrades.
• Support Windows 11 deployments and imaging activities.
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, and hardware requests.
• Coordinate equipment shipments and vendor deliveries.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
