Job summary

OVRSEA is expanding with a new Madrid branch and seeks an accomplished Branch Manager to lead the setup, recruit the local team, and drive revenue growth in Spain. You will collaborate with the Barcelona team and HQ to ensure a successful market entry.

You bring 4+ years in B2B sales, Freight forwarding or logistics experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset. A strong local network and leadership capability are essential for building a high-performing branch.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally opening/growing a territory.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build from zero.
• Hands-on leadership with experience managing people or projects.
• Strong Madrid network or ability to build one quickly.
• Excellent communication, drive, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Own branch revenue, gross margin, and growth targets.
• Build local pipeline and manage full sales cycle.
• Recruit and onboard the initial local team.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience from quote to delivery.
• Collaborate with Spain team to align strategy.
