OVRSEA is expanding in Spain and is seeking a Branch Manager to open and lead our Madrid office. You will own revenue, drive client acquisition, and build the local team, with support from the Barcelona HQ.

You will represent OVRSEA in Madrid and shape the local market strategy, delivering a high‑quality international transport service. You will report to the General Manager Spain and collaborate across functions to ensure exceptional service from quote to delivery, while scaling the branch and

Competenze

• 4+ years in B2B sales, ideally opening/growing a territory
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership experience

Mansioni

• Launch and lead the Madrid branch from zero to a local hub
• Own branch revenue, gross margin, and growth targets
• Build local pipeline and manage full sales cycle with key accounts
• Recruit and onboard initial local team (Sales, Operations)
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience from quote to delivery
• Represent OVRSEA in Madrid and build relationships with clients and partners
