Job summary

OVRSEA is seeking a Branch Manager to open and lead our Madrid office. You will build the client base, establish local market presence, and work with the Barcelona team and HQ to scale operations.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor the initial local team, ensuring disciplined pricing and strong margins while delivering best-in-class service. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in B2B sales, experience in freight/logistics, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales with track record of opening or growing a territory.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build from zero.
• Hands-on leader capable of selling while developing a team.
• Experience managing people, mentoring juniors, onboarding new hires, or leading a project team.

Responsibilities

• Launch and lead the Madrid branch, building client base from ground up.
• Grow local pipeline and manage full sales cycle from first call to signed client.
• Recruit and onboard local team (Sales, Operations) as the branch grows.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to deliver high-quality service.
• Represent OVRSEA in Madrid and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
