OVRSEA is seeking a talented Branch Manager to open and lead a new Madrid office, establishing the local market presence and client base. You will own revenue, margins, and growth targets while building a strong local team and collaborating with the Barcelona team and HQ.

You will recruit, onboard, and coach new hires, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience from quote to delivery, and maintain close ties with the Spain organization to drive sustainable expansion.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally opening or growing a territory.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building from zero.
• Able to recruit, onboard, and lead a small team from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Own the branch revenue, gross margin, and growth targets.
• Build and manage local pipeline and full sales cycle from first call to signed client.
• Recruit and onboard the first local team (Sales, Operations) when needed.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience from quote to delivery.
• Represent OVRSEA as senior leader in Madrid and surrounding region.
