HappyRobot Inc. in Madrid is seeking a hands-on Growth marketer to lead paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and more, from strategy to pipeline. You will own budgets, tracking, and reporting, and collaborate with Sales/RevOps to ensure clean handoffs.

You’ll start as an individual contributor, building and proving channels from scratch with a clear path to manage a team as spend grows. This is a first dedicated role on the growth team in a fast-moving startup.

Formación

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience scaling campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and/or Meta.
• Strong analytics and attribution, tracking, and experimentation.
• Ability to write concise ad copy and collaborate with design/landing pages.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting end-to-end.
• Build and manage a testing roadmap across channels, audiences, and creative.
• Partner with design and content to build high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and dashboards for visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure paid pipeline tracking.
• Test and scale new channels as the audience evolves.
• Lay groundwork for a performance marketing team and hire when scaled.
