Pillar is recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager in Barcelona, Spain to own Google Ads end-to-end and drive qualified pipeline across markets. You will collaborate with Growth, Brand, SDRs and a frontend team to optimize landing pages and conversion tracking.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, strong analytics, and native Italian with fluent English. Spanish is a plus in a fast‑growing, startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands‑on Google Ads management with a data‑driven approach.
• Experience in lead generation with a sales team (B2B/B2B2C or considered B2C).
• Experience with offline conversions imports or enhanced conversions for leads.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager; comfortable with performance data.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Own Google Ads end to end: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads.
• Turn conversion data into growth: connect ads to downstream conversions and CRM.
• Capture demand at the right moment: target regulatory changes, price lists and events.
• Build effective funnels: align triggers, ads, landing pages and tracking.
• Optimize post-click experience with frontend team on landing pages and mobile.
• Scale across markets: manage Spain account and build a repeatable acquisition playbook.
• Make every euro count: weekly performance reviews focusing on cost per qualified lead.
